Colorado has roots in its rich Hispanic and Latin culture. Throughout the years we have enjoyed the growth of the performing arts in our Hispanic community through dance, music and theatre. These companies include: Artes, Chicano, Inc. which was home to resident groups including the National Chicano Dance Theater, the Ballet Folklorico Netzalhualcoyotl and The Artes Chicano Musical Ensemble. The tradition continues today at Su Teatro Cultural and Performing Arts Center.
