Colorado has roots in its rich Hispanic and Latin culture. Throughout the years we have enjoyed the growth of the performing arts in our Hispanic community through numerous dance, music and theatre companies. These companies include Artes Chicano, Inc., which was home to resident groups such as the National Chicano Dance Theater, the Ballet Folklorico Netzalhualcoyotl and The Artes Chicano Musical Ensemble.
The tradition of Hispanic culture in the arts continues today at Su Teatro Cultural and Performing Arts Center.

Treat Hall - Colorado Women's College
Treat Hall was the first building on the campus of CWC. Later, the Houston Fine Arts Center was built to house the theater and arts departments.
